How accurate is the video?
We build from your manual: the same part letters, hardware codes and counts, and the same steps in the same order. Where the manual doesn't give a size, we work it out from the overall dimensions and tell you what we assumed. Anything wrong gets fixed before you pay.
What manuals work?
The PDF manual you already ship, with a drawing for each step. Scans are fine if they're readable. A product link or photos help us match colors and finish. Files up to 20 MB.
How fast is it?
The first version arrives within 24 hours of your order, usually the same day.
Who owns the video?
You do. Use it on your product pages, Amazon listing, support replies, ads and social for as long as you like.
How do I pay?
We send a preview first. After you approve the video, we send a secure Stripe payment link (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). No card to order, and nothing is charged before you approve.
