Privacy

Short version: we count visits without cookies, and we use what you send with an order only to make your video.

Visits

We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and collects no personal data.

The order form sends us your email, company, product link, plan, notes and your PDF manual (with its file name and size). We use them only to make your video, send it to you and reply to you.
Your manual and your order are stored privately on Cloudflare (R2 and D1). They are not published anywhere.
To stop spam and abuse, we keep a hashed form of your IP address and the browser details your browser sends (its name, version and operating system) with each order. We also keep a hashed record of each form submission, which is cleared after about a day.
We don't sell or share your details, and we don't use them for advertising.

After you approve your video, you pay through a secure Stripe payment link. Stripe processes the payment; we never see your full card number.

Reply to any of our emails and ask, and we will delete your order and your manual by hand.
